Jack Poisson is a fourth generation attorney, whose grandfather, Louis J. Poisson, Sr., was the only person ever to serve as President of both the North Carolina State Bar (the mandatory bar of all attorneys) and The North Carolina Bar Association (the voluntary bar association). He is an active member of The North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers dedicated to "Protecting People's Rights". He has tried numerous jury trials, both civil and criminal.
